These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Living Off AI website, courses, and consulting services. By accessing our website or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging any Living Off AI service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Our services are intended for individuals and legal entities with the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2. Description of Services
Living Off AI offers: (a) AI strategy consulting, including opportunity audits, vendor decision memos, and adoption roadmaps; (b) AI automation builds and custom internal tools; (c) hands-on AI workshops and team training; (d) LOAI Nexus, a live online AI literacy course; (e) a free AI tools glossary. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or contract.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. The following are prohibited: scraping or automated access to the website without authorisation; reproducing, redistributing, or reselling course materials without prior written permission; reverse-engineering automations developed for you; and sharing access credentials to course platforms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Living Off AI — text, images, code samples, course materials, and playbooks — is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use materials during and after the course. Automations and tools built under contract for a client are transferred to the client as specified in the proposal.
5. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs discussed or demonstrated during engagements are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. We recommend review by a qualified professional before implementing any recommendation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Living Off AI's aggregate liability for any damages arising from use of our services is limited to the fees actually paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Living Off AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Jurisdictions with additional statutory consumer protections may provide supplementary rights.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by prominent notice on the website at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
